  This year willbe the 1st Year Anniversary for LDMMIA Workshops. We will celebrate April 20 day/Week. However, this time last year, I began planning ideas for a virtual workshop. It was just for one lol. The First Workshop was: ‘LDMMIA A Free Reiki Yoga workshop session. We are still going.   Crystals Lesson 1 Mind,body, and spirit use to seem very causal/basic. Even a term limited to just yoga or selective spirituality. Now, things have changed, shifted, upgraded. It’s universal, global, and our humanity. Let’s be honest, we all seek serious wellness now or some form. Recently, this actually included the use of crystals. Crystals are commonly used in metaphysics, universal spirituality, yoga, meditations, Acupressure, Reiki, ASMR, and any form of energy rehabilitation. Some Crystals can be sold over $30k in Amazon alone. We are the future. 01 / 10

  Lesson Session Goals (L1) Crystalsare mysterious. They are both of the earth and possibly space elements. Their common/incredible use serves energy/frequency healing. For Lecture/Session: I plan to remotely raise all vibrations of lack and lower realms. These lower realms, etheric, & astral planes are called the (crashing/crashed) matrix. Now, we all pride ourselves on a checklist right? However; its ok to use resources to clear lower vibes. Also karmic to older energy planes. Using self help and tools speed healing.   L1 Xtra Notes 06/ 10 LDMMIAA, LDMYOGA, YOGI GODDESS-SEXY YOGA Using Crystals, are becoming more popular for comfort alone. However, this does include our jewelry and regular stone items. Hope this makes sense? I am learning these highlights recently. Also If Jewelry appears Gold or Real Diamonds, that can be used as well. Setting energy intentions can be used in sessions.

The meditation vibes work instant like any other Crystal. Feels like a Paradox vs regular/daily routines. But, Healers/Masters/Intuitives; always wear Crystals-like Text Book. From a few pieces to overflowing. That’s our lecture proof too lol.

  To be amaster, is owning your Energy. This cannot be done in one day. It’s not mastered in one hour. Sometimes the process is experimental, creative, and very small steps. We have to become mindful, alert, active, yet ebb flow? Ouch, is that all lol? Those are just my personal checklists. We cannot be perfect. There’s no perfection in Yoga or Reiki. However; we can find our balance, our list, our matrix keys, our Thang, our Vibe. Your List may differ than mine. (I am catching the mindfulness with Activity. The Rest with Energy boosts. How do they mix in one day, one week?) So Owning your Vibe. Owning The Energy. Hope it makes sense? To be a master, is also a journey. To be Yoga, is also a journey. They are very similar paths. To please others, seek approval, or overwork often ruins anything and everything. This includes your Path, Your vibe, Your Jobs and Projects. Sometimes we perform for ourselves and goals.
