O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Town & Country
Planning, AP., Mangalagiri in the reference 3rd read above and after careful
examination of the matter, the Government hereby extend the time limit for a
further period of three (3) months for submission of applications under the
Andhra Pradesh Regularisation of unapproved Layouts and Plots Rules, 2020
issued vide G.O. 1st & 2nd read above. i.e., up to 23.01.2026 in order to achieve
the objective of bringing all unauthorized layouts and plots within the planning
framework and ensuring planned urban growth across the State.
