Why do we exist? (Our Mission)
To design toys and tools that engage kids and grownups in creative
play, empowering them to play, create and perform—together.

What should we do

- Learning becomes a fun output of play, creation and performance.

I start my day being a team leader. And become the brand
manager just in some time. As the day passes, I play content
writer, graphic designer, teach lead, teacher, and storyteller. The
product manger is my essential role and customer support is the
whole day job. Accountant and HR are the musts of the day and
I wear the hat of cook, even though it is not deﬁned in my
responsibility. Just because I am a startup founder. Would you

It’s wednesday today and it’s raining outside. I want to
go out for a bike ride.Yes Today, not on sunday as the
upcoming sunday may not have the same weather and
I may not have the same mood. I have worked on the
previous sunday, previous to that, and previous to that
and many others. We can celebrate on any day, work
on any day.

It’s much more important to know what are you
working on, when are you working and with whom are
you working, than how many hours are you working.
And number of hours are seriously important once you
address the other three.
We believe in hardwork, as universe demands time for
all creations.

We bought chairs for us at Bhavnagar ofﬁce. (Though
did not want to spend at this level, but were badly
needed) It’s normal the vendors will showcase different
chairs. One for the boss and other for the staff.
We have bought 3 identical chairs. Everyone has body
made out of same material so everyone needs same
level of comfort. No ranks.

Work Place: Wherever
Work Tenure: Whatever

Create to make large scale impact.

Anyone can argue and counter anyone’s thoughts, with
right insights, data, and logic. It should remain a
healthy disagreement and not a tool to fulﬁl personal
ego.

Life doesn’t happen only between 9 to 5
And our mission is our Life

Take on accountability.
Your intentions doesn’t matter, actions Do.

Can you smile and laugh?

Live the purpose, customers will follow.
Focus on customers, proﬁts will follow.
Make proﬁts, investments will follow.

Create product & culture to pull. Don’t create anything
which is to be pushed.

Our business model is not about “capture maximum
time of user”. We focus on creating stuff which
motivates customers to spend better time where they
should be spending.

We prefer expertise over interest.
We also prefer people having expertise in few other
things apart from the domain skills.

Trust
We have immense trust in all the people working with
Havi. We don’t have majority of restrictions and checks
you ﬁnd in most of the companies. And we never want
to change that in the negative way just because of one
ill-intended person.

Team
We are a team and not a family. Eating together,
commuting together and taking care of each other is
essential, till you yourself are not sinking but lifting the
other. The moment you feel that despite being
together, you are sinking or not being able to lift the
other, you should realize you are harming growth of
yours, the other, and the entire team.

Candour
Be polite but speak what you feel, speak the truth, to
anyone and everyone. Have courage to listen and
learn out of what is being told.

Simplicity

The only people to trust, listen to, care for, rely on, to
be mentored by, to get funds from are.. Our customers
